HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All UK orders qualify for FREE postage and packaging.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept 10 online payment service providers including: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are happy to provide our products to our international customers, but shipping fees as expected will likely be more expensive than fees for our local customers in the UK - so this is important to note. Also please note that all VAT and duty fees for orders sent outside of the UK are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay to the relevant customs authorities of their delivery nation. Please contact us at: info@officialtaigapro.com before placing an order, so we can arrange a custom international delivery fee.

WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZE GUIDE FOR MY APPAREL?

Please refer to our "Size guide" page listed at the bottom of the website under "Useful Information".

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders for delivery within 3 to 6 working days of receiving them from you. UK deliveries should usually arrive to you within 7 days. Please get in touch with us at: info@officialtaigapro.com if you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your order confirmation.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We try our best to work to the highest standards for our customers - be that with our apparel and accessories quality or the service we provide. In the unfortunate case you have a problem with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item or any other problem) please immediately contact us at: info@officialtaigapro.com and we will be sure to come to a mutual agreement to rectify the situation as soon as possible. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We have a 30 day return policy, so any order within this time, starting from when the customer receives their clothing will eligible for return - so please notify us immediately if you wish to return an item. Please note, customers must first contact us at: info@officialtaigapro.com to submit a return request, if the return is eligible, we can provide you with a return label. The item must return in its original condition and original packaging and tags, unused and unworn to be acceptable for return. All approved items will be immediately refunded. (Please note your payment provider may take a few days to return money back into your account).
